"5* Customer service when in need"
I had some problems with my pedals but this was sorted very efficiently snd helpfully by George at Wahoo. Fortunately this meant no interruption my training and racing. 5* customer service.

"Fantastic customer support"
Their products are first rate. I bought a Wahoo Element Roam cycling computer which was far better than its Garmin equivalent. However the rechargable battery became faulty after 2 years. Wahoo Customer Support replaced the unit under warranty (thanks to Andy and George W for their assistance). Fantastic customer support.

"Excellent customer service"
My old Bolt computer developed some black smearing across the screen that prevented me from seeing all the stats when riding. Within a few days, Wahoo had sent a courier to pick up the old V1 Bolt and replaced it with a V2! You can't get better customer service than that, and I'll absolutely be buying from Wahoo again.

I bougth a Wahoo Rival watch and had a problem after 3 days. I got someone on the phone inbetween 1 - 3 minutes and they helped my right away. So I got a new watch very quick and everything works perfect.

"Great customer service, great product"
A few weeks ago my 2017 V4 KICKR died. A brief exchange of emails with customer service confirmed the diagnosis. Although my KICKR was over 5 years old and well out of warranty I have just received a recondition V5 model for £350 including shipping Vs the current price of £799.99 for the same unit.
I’m really pleased with the new (to me) trainer. It has a genuine real road feel enhanced by a gentle sway curtesy of it’s rubber feet.
I’m super impressed that Wahoo offered this level of support so far out from the original purchase. They clearly have a lot of pride in their products and genuinely care about their customers.

"Won't dowload GPX files! Non-existent support"
Just bought a Wahoo Bolt. It won't upload GPX files. The help thing on the website has a bot running it. There is no live support. So I will have to send this piece of junk back to Amazon

"Harriet G best customer support!"
The best customer support I've received. I reached out with an issue on my Kickr. Harriet G picked this up and immediately tried to understand the problem first. She then sent me personally made videos to try and solve the issue. When we realised it couldn't be solved, she arranged for the Kickr to be collected within 2 days.
Then sent out a replacement instantly once it had been collected which arrived the following day.
Harriet was incredibly responsive and went over and above to help find a solution, which ended in them replacing my Kickr. Even though they didn't have stock of my one she found a solution to that too and got one to me.
Best thing about this was my original order was through a partner website not Wahoo directly so to get this level of support was brilliant.

"WaPoo worst customer support ever"
Absolute worst customer support ever! Kickr V6 was dead on arrival, Headwind fan smelled of electrical issues. Support wanted me to "troubleshoot" a brand new product, no thanks. Returned entire order but Wahoo charged me shipping costs for returning their own defective products!!! Unbelievable!!! Stay away from WaPoo!! A physical impossibility, WaPoo blows and sucks simultaneously!!

"Absolutely useless customer service"
Absolutely useless customer service, beyond pathetic instructions of how to rectify issues with Kickr.
I wish I hadn't wasted all that money on such a poor product.
Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere!

"Quick replacement of Kickr Core"
My Kickr Core started making strange sounds. I used the support website and uploaded a video and copy of the purchase receipt. Quickly Wahoo replied and agreed to replace the Kickr Core. They sent a mail to the Danish distributor and I exchanged the Core at the retailer with no problems

Bought some Speedplay pedals in August 2021 the left side bearings started going out the shop I bought from contacted Wahoo 5 days ago still no response. Good thing I have some extra pedals or I would be out of luck.

"Phenomenal support and products."
Phenomenal support and products.
I have both, the Element bike computer and the Wahoo Kickr which I've used without issues for several years now. I've had some technical issues that required support and have always received phenomenal support. My friends that have wahoo products have similar experience. The software updates to the Wahoo Element are regular and with significant new features - another value add. Free maps to download vs the Garmin bike computer I switched from. It's too bad that apparently only customers with bad experiences write reviews here.

"Wahoo Kickr Snap"
I purchased an adaptor for a turbo trainer on the advice of Wahoo customer service, I have them the specifications and confirmed everything before the buy to check it would for a £2k bike I was buying.

The adaptor doesn’t fit and several times they tried to claim I wasn’t told by them it was the right adaptor, I provided evidence and we are now trying to resolve the situation.

Wahoo red to improve their adaptor range/design for thru axle bikes :(

"Missing Freehub"
Hi, just received my reconditioned Kickr Core. Unfortunately it has arrived without a freehub which is really disappointing. Please can you contact me asap to resolve this issue.

(After putting the rest of the unit together)

I would just add that having put the majority of the unit together I'm actually very disappointed with the overall state of the kickr Core I have received. Whilst I understand reconditioned items may have some cosmetic scuffs, this unit appears very tatty and very used! I'm also concerned about the noise levels simply from spinning the flywheel by hand. There appears to be a loud rubbing and a huge amount of resistance. From using a kickr previously I always found it silent and would spin freely, even when moved by hand. I now doubt that this item has been looked over and reconditioned, and I am left regretting my decision to purchase a reconditioned unit.

I purchased a reconditioned Kickr Bike. I then requested to cancel the order as a New bike is now the same price. Wahoo have threatened a restock fee of 200pounds if I try and cancel. I cancelled the order within the time limit so this restock fee is not appropriate. To date Wahoo have not cancelled the order and their support staff were trying to upsell a mat and fan to me instead. I want to cancel the order not be sold more stuff. Also, there is no delivery date so Wahoo have just taken the money. I have to report Wahoo to the police now as there is no response from them. Good end to the year, 2000 pounds stolen by Wahoo.
